I rule the world now, with NO MORE exams

Very very backdated entry and i have like 6 more entries to go.. Looks like i've been going out too often! Haha. I've been eating good food almost everyday. The tummy is growing bigger while the wallet is becoming thinner. I need income!! But i dont wanna work. How is this gonna work out? Btw i really need a laptop!! This netbook is screwing my eyesight up :( Enough of my rants!!

On 24th May, i met up with my ex-colleagues from HSBC! Kudos to Sihui for organising this meet-up. Super guilty towards her cos i took like 3 days on average to reply her smses during the exam period. =/ We met at Mapletree Business City (or is it Centre? i keep forgetting.)'s Astons cos the HR Dept's there now. The place is really nice for a workplace man. Many restaurants within and there's a clinic as well. And i just realised Sihui and i didnt take any photos together as i'm loading the pics. :(

My usual order - Hickory BBQ Chicken + Baked Potato + Boiled Vegetables
I really love broccoli and baby carrots <3

HSBC peeps! I took some candid shots of them but shall not post them up just incase people complain that it's unglam :p

Sihui and i went to Vivo City after that. We, the jobless people, walked around aimlessly and ended up at Starbucks!

Sihui playing with my iPhone apps.

Me smsing!

My frappe and Sihui's juice. Sooo healthy! And that's the pen
Sihui made for me!! haha so sweet. i wont be using it though. (: thanks babe!!
Then we started playing with my Canon s95! Tried the various functions..

Colour Accent

Poster Effect, which effect is much more visible here as compared to what we saw on the cam.

A usual shot of Sentosa and the sea. Looks quite pretty. Wait till you see the next pic!

This is on Vivid mode!! Super pretty right!! Super blue sea and the clouds look almost fake! Love the colours! Happy colours ((:

Colour Accent again. How i wish we had autumn here!

And 3 days after that, i brought J to try the deadly Tomyam Fish Maggi Mee. It's at one of the small coffee shops behind Golden Shoe Hawker and the queue during lunch hours is always very very long. I believe the speciality of this stall other than the fact that they use instant noodles, is their home-made tomyam soup! The tomyam soup is not cooked with tomyam paste like how many other stalls cook their tomyam (excluding authentic thai stalls), but it's cooked with spices! You can literally see the chilli padi in the soup. And after i almost died the last time i tried it, i decided to order the usual non-spicy soup base and steal a few scoops of the tomyam soup from J.

The signboard. I spotted some bible verses there! heh.

$5 for tomyam noodles

Someone who can take spicy food very well actually had a tummy upset later on.

Piping hot and spicy = deadly!

Non-spicy soup base. Not as tasty but yeah better than having a tummyache haha!

猫空奶茶 at Arcade!我好想你!The usual pearl milk tea is comparable to Koi i feel. Something to cheer me up when i was working at HSBC.

Its from Taiwan as well!

We went to Cineleisure after that to catch Thor and before that we had our dose of Frolick! Yummm!

I got this from one of the shops at Cine and i really like it! The robots are sooo cute please! Love my Lilypirates dress also haha!

There're cute little florals inside too. Not that it can be seen easily but still pretty what! I learnt how to change the ISO of my cam back home and took this shot hehe.

Dinner was at Wild Honey, Mandarin Gallery with Jerome, Alan and a new friend, Gwen!

Love the cosy place, love the ambience!

The menu written on a chalkboard! I want a chalkboard at home next time (:

The menu could be seen on an iPad too! with very nicely taken pictures of the different breakfasts available!

Atas or what!

Alan, who was late! :<

A new friend, Gwen, who works with the guys at Citi.

English Breakfast which Jerome, Justin and myself ordered! The portion is HUGE so J and i shared one since we were full from bbtea.

I love Wild Honey so much cos of the food and mostly the ambience! They serve All-day breakfasts so we were having breakfast for dinner. It's kinda pricey though. About $25 for the breakfast itself, not including any drinks or desserts you may wish to order. But the place is so cosy and i cant get enough of it! After that we went macs to chill cos we couldnt get seats at Starbucks/ Coffeebean.

Alan said the Iced Latte tastes really really bad, he thought the coffee has gone bad =x

:< nose wants some ice cream
AHHH finally! Im not sure if it's blogger or my netbook but it was such a hassle getting this entry up! Half the time the page was lagging/ hanging and the words just wouldnt come out no matter how much i typed. Grrrr. How to type 6 more entries like that!! ANNOYED.

Ok im done! Bye!
